• 24-Hour Notice:

  • We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% service fee will be charged.

• No-Show Policy:

  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

• Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next guest is seen on time, and the full-service fee will still apply.

• Emergency Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please, contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

• Confirmation Emails:

  • All confirmations go out two days before your appointment by our calendar system.
